After successful review of your retailer inquiry, you will receive access to our B2B ordering platform. There you can view our current assortment, your dealer prices and available products, and place orders directly.

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is €150 per order.

Are there minimum order quantities per item or design?

No. There is no fixed minimum quantity per item or design. You can put together your assortment individually within the minimum order value.

What retailer conditions does JENARD offer?

Our retailer prices and current conditions will be displayed on the B2B platform after activation. They are designed for an attractive and long-term cooperation with our retail partners.

Can new businesses and online shops also apply?

Yes. Newly established brick-and-mortar stores and online shops are also welcome. A specific company age or previous sales history is not required. We review each retailer inquiry individually.

Does JENARD also ship to retailers outside of Germany?

Yes. We supply retail partners in Germany and other European countries. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Germany.

How are retailer orders shipped?

Shipping is reliably handled by DPD. Delivery time within Germany and Europe depends on the respective destination country.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery, volume, and weight of the order. The specific shipping costs will be displayed during the order process or confirmed before completion.

What payment terms apply?

Initial orders are paid in advance. The available payment options will be displayed on our B2B ordering platform. Individual payment terms may develop within the framework of a long-term cooperation.

Does JENARD provide product images and product information?

Yes. Our retail partners receive professional product and lifestyle images, product descriptions, EAN codes, as well as technical and safety-relevant product information for use in their own online shop and for marketing activities.

Are the products suitable for sale within the EU?

Yes. Our products meet the relevant European requirements. We provide our retail partners with necessary product and safety documents upon request.

Does JENARD work with multiple retailers in one region?

We review each partnership individually and ensure a suitable brand and retailer structure. We do not offer general territorial protection. For further sales or distribution partnerships, we discuss possible agreements individually.
